Built by master builder Lee Miller on land purchased from Palm Springs pioneer Pearl McManus, this one-of-a-kind adobe structure became home to Oscar-winning screenwriter Howard Koch in the 1940's. Koch wrote, you guessed it, Casablanca!
The home was designated a Class 1 historic site in June 2009.

Casablanca Adobe is a private four bedroom, two bathroom 1930's vernacular adobe home on a large corner lot in the Warm Sands neighborhood of Palm Springs.
It's a 10-minute walk to the shops and restaurants in downtown Palm Springs and a 7-minute car ride to and from PSP airport.
